We are delighted to share that building works have now begun at Waypoint Church, with scaffolding now in place around our church building on Loch Road.
This marks the start of an important programme of restoration and maintenance that will help preserve and enhance the building for many years to come.
The first phase of the project includes:
- Installation of a new roof.
- Repairs and maintenance to the external walls.
- Essential restoration work to protect and improve the building.
Waypoint Church is the new name of the fellowship formerly known as Calvary Pentecostal Church, which previously met in Cromwell Road, Parkstone. Following our move to Loch Road, we are now privileged to share this historic building with our friends at Loch Road Baptist Church. Together, we are committed to ensuring this building continues to serve both congregations and the wider community for generations to come.
While some disruption may be unavoidable during the works, our regular services and activities will continue wherever possible. Our Sunday morning worship service continues to meet every week at 10:30am, and everyone is warmly welcome to join us.
This is an exciting season in the life of our church, and we look forward to sharing updates, photographs and progress reports as the project develops.
